Induspec utilizes ASTM E2018-15 “Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments” as the basis for completing building condition assessments.  Following the approach defined by the standard, along with our many years of building experience and the application of thermography we believe maximized the value of this work effort for facility owners.

Induspec takes building condition assessments to a new level by including sophisticated technologies typically not seen in Building Condition Assessments. The completed assessment leaves the client with a tool that is both useful and meaningful.   Induspec combines the information from the Engineers and Architects to provide the owner with a comprehensive, easy to understand final report which identifies where the  problems are, prioritizes these problems, and provides sufficient back-up to justify the required work to the decision makers.
